We are pleased to announce a very attractive scheme Sleepwell Double Relax offer, in which we shall offer a pair of Sleepwell Comfort Fibre Back Cushions to the consumers to enhance their seating comfort on use of Sleepwell Furniture Cushioning products. Double Relax Offer terms & conditions:-
1. Sleepwell’s Double Relax offer starts from 5th April 2021 for a limited period only.
2. Scheme Applicable in Ahmedabad and Vadodara city only.
3. Scheme benefits will pass through Sleepwell Certified Saathi only.
4. Scheme applicable on use of Sleepwell Furniture Cushioning products only.
5. Scheme applicable on Cushions and Sheet both for customer.
6. Scheme is applicable on Sofa Making not in Mattress made by Cushioning sheet.
7. A Consumer will be eligible for a Pair (2 pcs) of Sleepwell Comfort Fibre Back Cushion on consumption of Sleepwell FC products of 35 points.
8. The consumer's comfort cushions eligibility shall be computed on multiple of 35 points on consumption of Sleepwell Furniture Cushioning in furniture/sofa making.
9. The applicable product points are given on MRP label on each Sleepwell Furniture Cushioning product.
10. The applicable Comfort cushion shall be delivered to customer's address directly from the Company through courier service.
11. The employees and immediate family members of Sheela Foam Limited, advertising agencies, their subsidiaries and associate companies, partners/sponsors and participating channel partners of Sheela Foam Limited, their family members and staff are not eligible under this offer.
12. The company shall verify the eligibility of all winners and reserves the sole right on deciding the eligibility of offer.
13. The company reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or change all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part the offer or to withdraw it completely, without giving any reason for the same.
14. By availing the offer, customer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions. Customer agrees to release, indemnify Sheela Foam Limited and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of its respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from your or any third party's use (or misuse) of the Consumer Offer.
15. All Product images shown as gifts in the scheme communication are indicative and the actual product/ brand/ color I specification may vary.
16. The company does not offer any warranty on free fibre Cushions.
17. Free Gifts cannot be exchanged, upgraded, encashed, transferred or returned.
18. Sheela Foam Limited shall not be liable for gifts damaged or stolen during or after the course of collection and/or delivery of the gifts.
19. The scheme will remain open till such time as may be decided by Sheela Foam Limited at its sole discretion.
20. In case of any dispute, the decision of Sheela Foam Limited will be final. All disputes and settlements are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
